This Sunday in C3Kids we'll be teaching from Daniel 6.
It's the famous "Daniel and the Lions' Den" story! Such a fun story to teach to kids and even let them act it out (our kids love getting to be the lions).
Our curriculum rightly titles the story "God delivers Daniel from the lions' den." I love that this title points straight to God and reminds us that Daniel did not defend himself from the lions. No. God's angel shut the mouths of the lions! God indeed got all of the glory from this story, as King Darius responded to the miracle by making a decree that all his people were to tremble and fear before the God of Daniel.
